GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Through purchasing any of BRINIDAD's services you automatically agree to these general terms and conditions.
 

  1. Services

BRINIDAD (Sabrina Zehetbauer) offers her own services as a dancer, choreographer and artist as well as tutorials, dance classes, workshops, events, private classes and other services which are connected to BRINIDAD and published through public announcements through the website, social media, print media, billboards, flyer, etc.  

The order as well as the form of our offered services vary due to constant development, further training and the actualisation of methods used during dance classes, workshops, events, etc.

 

2. Booking and Payment

    - Services

You can book BRINIDAD's services as a dancer, choreographer, artist via a contact form of this website or by sending an e-mail to brinidad@gmail.com. After the completion of the services you will receive an invoice via e-mail. The amount of the invoice is to be paid within 10 days. 

 

    - Courses/Classes/Workshops/Tutorials:

Once your bank transfer was successful, your registration to one of our services is binding. It is not possible to attend one of our services without prior payment. The fee for participation must be paid beforehand. We offer you the possibility to pay the fee for your booked services after your registration over our homepage www.brinidad.com via bank transfer or PayPal.

 

We reserve our rights to change, combine and cancel classes and class schedules in case there are not enough attendees.

3. Refunds

If your cancellation takes place 7 days prior to the start of your booked services we are able to refund the full paid fee via your used payment method. For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of your booked services we have to charge the full paid fee. If BRINIDAD cancels the workshop, you will receive a full refund. 

If you are not showing up to your booked services without noticing us in advance your full paid fee will expire automatically and your spot will be given to someone else. 

In case of an administrative lockdown, workshops will take place online without changes of price. 

 

4. Class Etiquette

Smoking, eating as well as drinking prior, during and after the classes is not allowed. The consumption of any food or open drinks in the studio (except water in closed bottles) is forbidden.

 

We ask you to enter the studio space with clean shoes only! Due to fire regulations, jackets and coats must be stowed in the locker rooms. 

 

Please follow the instructions of the teacher prior, during and after classes. In case of intentional contravention or threat to other people or the studio’s property, we reserve our right to take legal action. 

 

General health regulations must be strictly followed in all premises.

 

5. Copyright

The copyright belongs to BRINIDAD and its entire workforce. The ideas, assets as well as choreographies learned in class or from a tutorial are meant for personal use only. Passing on BRINIDAD’s copyrighted content or choreographies learned during class or tutorial to a third party is strictly prohibited. 

6. Accountability

Dancing and training during our classes/services is at your own risk. BRINIDAD does not take any responsibility for any accidents of our attendees or any emotional or physical damage that comes with it. Our attendees are responsible for their own actions and insurance that would cover the costs in case an accident happens. We do not assume liability for your own negligence. For minors (anyone under the age of 18), the parents assume liability. Also, please be cautious of slippery floors at any time.

We do not assume liability for your wardrobe, personal valuables as well as any damages of property. 

 

7. Customer’s Health Condition

With the registration to one of our offered services you automatically agree that you are physically and emotionally healthy or that you are able to meet the physical and emotional requirements of taking a dance class. The participation of any offered service under the influence of drugs, alcohol or pharmaceuticals is prohibited. With the act of registration you assure us to not suffer from any infectious diseases. In case of other chronic physical or mental illnesses please speak notify the teacher beforehand, and talk to your doctor prior to taking class if needed. In the event of pregnancy, a doctor's approval must be obtained from the customer before participation.

8. Protection of Data Privacy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. The data provided when registering will be stored in our internal system for 7 years, but will never be passed on to third parties. Personal data is information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person. The submitted contact and address information is treated confidentially and is subject to an appropriate level of security. 

If desired, the personal data can also be completely deleted. We will respond to requests within two weeks to transmit, correct or delete the requested information. Also, no data of intellectual property of any person will be disclosed. Data necessary for the enforcement of rights of the person responsible or Data which underlie a statutory retention period won’t be deleted. 

 

To complete your booking for one of our services, it is necessary that you provide us with your full personal data which is needed for accounting purposes (invoice).

 

A newsletter will be sent to all stored email addresses at least twice a year, which of course can be unsubscribed at any time using the Unsubscribe function in the email. We therefore ask you to inform us in the event of a change of address.

9. Cookies

There is a possibility that information will be stored on your computer in the form of cookies when you visit our website www.brinidad.com. These cookies are automatically recognized the next time you visit our website. If you do not want them to get stored, you can reset your internet browser in order to block all cookies. 

 

10. Event Photo and Video Copyrights:

All photo and/or video material that is produced as part of BRINIDAD is the legal property of BRINIDAD. Photo and video material from dance lessons and performances may be used indefinitely for internal purposes (design of the website, invitations, newsletters, etc.), for media presence (TV, print, online, social media) and advertising (printed matter, merchandise, etc.).

 

The customer has no financial or legal rights to photo or video material of him/herself that was made in the classes. If the participant absolutely does not wish to be recognizable in photos or video material, you need to notify BRINIDAD prior to the video or photos being made.
